My name is Raymond B. Johnson. We may or may not know each other yet we share something incredibly important and vulnerable. We share our world. What WE do collectively affects us all, therefore investing in a better world is in our best interests in fact, our future depends on it.

The purpose of this website is to let you know a bit about who I am, what I’m working on and how this is relevant and important to you.

At a very young age, music became an integral part of my life. My father Ben Johnson, who played and recorded with the incredible Jazz Piano icon Oscar Peterson, was a huge influence on my life musically and also as a male role model demonstrating kindness, caring, compassion, humour and humility. He was a true gentleman.

I could have followed a career in music, electronics or almost anything of interest but eventually the tragedies throughout my life impacted me. I realized that I was deeply affected by the events that happened such as my sister’s brutal murder, 911, Lady Diana’s death, the Columbine and other school shootings, the wars, the violence, the hate, the racism, the inequalities, the broken campaign promises and lies. I believe that WE can do significantly better and aim to prove that.

Starting with laying out a feasible effective plan to building a better educational system, I realized that was just the tip of the iceberg of our problems. Improving the issues and chaos in the world requires much more and so I continued on to create WorldByWE Inc. and Building a better world is my highest priority and I believe that together, WE can and will achieve this.

Unfortunately, life got in the way and progress was delayed for several years until recently. Now I will be focusing more on WorldByWe and my music. It is my ultimate goal to help improve the quality of life globally and also share with you my music. I hope you enjoy my contributions.
